On Monday we announced that builds from here on will only be available through Windows Update, so to get this one you can either wait and it will be installed automatically (but who are we kidding, I know you want it now!) or go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates. Remember that you’ll need to be logged in with your Microsoft Account in order to receive the build.
Besides builds, over the next 2 weeks you’ll also see some Windows Updates and app updates in the Store, so make sure to keep checking for updates daily to make sure you’re running the latest and greatest code.
UPDATE 7/19:
On Monday we announced that builds from here on will only be available through Windows Update, so to get this one you can either wait and it will be installed automatically (but who are we kidding, I know you want it now!) or go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates. NOTE that until 7/30 the 10240 update IS ONLY AVAILABLE through the Windows 10 Update functionality.
There is no windows 10 RTM at this moment: for Insiders or anyone else. http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/07/09/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-10166/
Insiders will get priority access soon;
Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10166
(Posted 7/9/2015)Update 7/13: We’re only a couple of weeks away now from our public release of Windows 10, and we’re preparing for the world to begin the upgrade process. Windows Insiders have been the first to see our work on Windows 10 at every stage. Now you will also be the first to get a build flighted to you using the channels that we’ll use for targeting and deploying to PCs for our staged rollout.
We’re suspending the availability of Windows 10 builds briefly while we prepare for that, and the next build that we flight to you will be delivered using the production channels. Starting tomorrow, we will also not be delivering any additional ISOs at this point as we really need Insiders to be using, stressing, and validating our distribution and upgrade processes. We’ll make ISOs available again in the future, but for now we ask you to upgrade your current build via Windows Update once the next build is released.
Looks like something is not quite being reported accurately. Possibly someone downloaded it through the update mechanism and reposted it on non-Microsoft servers. Several websites are reporting that Microsoft has now (July 15) released the download of the RTM for Windows 10, “build 10240”. The downloads DO NOT go to Microsoft.com — but drive.google.com, mediafire.com, t.co, and other non-Microsoft sites.
HOWEVER on 15 JUL 2015 the Official Microsoft Insiders Program website does not present such a download to Microsoft Windows Insiders. Instead it says:
Thanks for being part of the program and helping shape Windows 10.
NOTE: We’re very close to the public release of Windows 10 so we’re not onboarding any new PCs to the Windows Insider Program just now. You can still onboard a supported Windows Phone and please do keep using Windows 10 on any PCs you’ve already set up and sending us great feedback!
There is no presence of a download for the Windows 10 RTM on the official Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center web site either.
Although there are buttons marked Download on microsoft-news.com these do not go to downloads, but only to more web pages on the same web site — although it has the name microsoft in the URL it appears to NOT be a Microsoft site. The information appears to be inaccurate. http://microsoft-news.com/whats-new-in-windows-10-rtm-build-10240/
Microsoft today released Windows 10 RTM build 10240 to Windows Insiders. This new build includes even better Microsoft Edge browser which beats Chrome and Safari on their own JavaScript benchmarks:

IF YOU VIEW http://microsoft-news.com/download-windows-10-rtm-build-10240-iso/ IN EDGE you see actual links. WHICH ARE NOT on microsoft.com: they go to drive.google.com, openload.io, mediafire.com, and t.co.
