HTML 5

It looks as if <forms> will be improved in HTML 5. http://articles.sitepoint.com/article/html5-forms says there are several new <input> types and client side validation of field content with improved CSS hooks (the new “:invalid" pseudo class) which will help. The major thing most people know about HTML5 is that it serves up video without needing Adobe Flash.
